Theme Questions

We do not send paper copies of returns labels with parcels. If you wish to return an item, click the Returns tab in the website footer. There you will find the Returns Portal where you can tell us what you are returning and why. We will then generate a label for UK customers print and attached to the parcel.

UK return parcels are subject to a £2.70 admin fee which will be deducted from your refund, you do not have to pay anything when you drop off your parcel. International customers are responsible for there own returns fees.

Yes, we offer standard shipping options to most countries. For more information about international shipping refer to our Deliveries page at the bottom.

Our returns policy is 28 days from your order date. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached. For more information click the Returns tab in the website footer to view our returns policy.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. Your card will be charged once your order has been confirmed.

Once your order has been confirm, you will receive an email with the instructions of payment within two days from Klarna, you’ll then have 14 or 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you are happy. You will then be required to complete the payment online at your convenience with no extra cost. You can pay by either credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk.

When your order is ready to leave the warehouse we will email you to let you know. We will keep you updated as your parcel is on it's way to you. You will then be emailed a tracking number whereby you can track you parcel online.

Our couriers aim to deliver orders weekdays before 4pm. However, on rare occasions they can deliver outside these hours.

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. However, you are able to return unworn or unused items within 28 days of receiving your order. More information can be found in our Returns Policy.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed with us. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account. If you haven't heard from us after 7 working days of sending your parcel back, use the Contact Us tab below with your return tracking number.
