UK Delivery 

All items are shipping Signed Delivery to ensure all our customers receive their goods and we are able to offer the following services:

Standard Delivery 3-5 working days, Royal Mail £3.99

Standard UK Free Delivery on orders of £40 or more

 

 

International Delivery

We are able to offer Tracked & Signed international delivery for the following fees:

Europe Standard Delivery 3-5 working days, £6.99

Rest of World Standard Delivery  5-7 working days,  £9.99

 

Please note our international delivery time frames are a guide only. We cannot account for any delays caused by customs at the destination side. We strive to process all orders within one to two working days of ordering from us. Please note that during peak dispatch times, delivery time frames may be extended. 

These prices may vary due to currency conversion rates.

Non-Delivery and Carrier Claims

The vast majority of parcels dispatched are sent on signed or tracked and signed services. In the event that your parcel has not arrived, we advise the following time allowances before actioning further:

United Kingdom -14 days

European Union -14 days

Rest of World - 21 days

We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.

Some countries may require further duties and tax payments. You will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the package without these payments.
